Brunch Style Grits

- 1 cup uncooked quick grits shopping list
- 4 cups water shopping list
- 1 (11 oz) can corn with red and green peppers, drained shopping list
- 1 (9oz) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed shopping list
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.F
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Gradually stir in grits. Cover; reduce heat to low.
- Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In ungreased 9x13-inch (3 quart) bakig dish, combine cooked grits and all remaining ingredents except 1 cup of the cheese; mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 22 to 27 minutes or until edges are bubbly and cheese is melted.
