How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.F
  • In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Gradually stir in grits. Cover; reduce heat to low.
  • Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • In ungreased 9x13-inch (3 quart) bakig dish, combine cooked grits and all remaining ingredents except 1 cup of the cheese; mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 22 to 27 minutes or until edges are bubbly and cheese is melted.

    Interesting recipe! I love grits...and corn...and spinach...should be good! Oh, by the way, I love your old pictures! They bring back memories, especially the old cars.
