Bittersweet Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
  • • 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese
  • • 3/4 cup 10 x confectioners sugar
  • • 1/2 cup milk
  • • 4 oz unsweetened bakers chocolate
  • • 4 oz bittersweet bakers chocolate

Directions
  1. 1. In a double boiler, melt chocolate with the milk.
  2. 2. In mixing bowl beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. 3. Slowly add in the chocolate mixture and beat until smooth. Mixture will thicken up as the chocolate cools.
