Sweet And Hot Grilled Chicken Recipe

	Haolewife / All my dishes 2 years, 1 month ago I found a recipe similar to this, but couldn't find all of the ingredients needed, so I improvised and this is the result. Takes a little effort while on the grill, but well worth it. Prep:10m Cook:25m Servings:6	Haolewife
	grilled chicken sweet hot

Ingredients

1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken thighs (6-8 pieces)

1/2-3/4c apricot-pineapple preserves

1-2T hot pepper sauce ( such as texas pete)

olive oil

jerk seasoning

salt and pepper

Directions

Rinse chicken and pat dry.

Drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Season both sides with jerk seasoning, salt and pepper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine preserves and hot pepper sauce.

Microwave until preserves melts a bit and can be easily mixed.

Place chicken on grill over medium heat

After 5 min, turn and brush with glaze.

5 more min, turn and brush with glaze.

Continue turing and glazing until cooked through.
