How to make it

  • Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  • Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  • Season both sides with jerk seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine preserves and hot pepper sauce.
  • Microwave until preserves melts a bit and can be easily mixed.
  • Place chicken on grill over medium heat
  • After 5 min, turn and brush with glaze.
  • 5 more min, turn and brush with glaze.
  • Continue turing and glazing until cooked through.
