Sweet And Hot Grilled Chicken

- 1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken thighs (6-8 pieces) shopping list
- 1/2-3/4c apricot-pineapple preserves shopping list
- 1-2T hot pepper sauce ( such as texas pete) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- jerk seasoning shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse chicken and pat dry.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Season both sides with jerk seasoning, salt and pepper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine preserves and hot pepper sauce.
- Microwave until preserves melts a bit and can be easily mixed.
- Place chicken on grill over medium heat
- After 5 min, turn and brush with glaze.
- 5 more min, turn and brush with glaze.
- Continue turing and glazing until cooked through.
