Lamb Steaks W Tomato Mint Salsa

- 4 (~5 oz) lamb steaks shopping list
- 2 large tomatoes shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 1/2 small red chili, chopped into fine dice shopping list
- juice from 1/2 a lemon shopping list
- 1 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup of mint leaves, chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Chop tomato and onion into a medium dice. Place in a bowl. Add chopped mint, lemon juice, olive oil and chili (or sub 1/8 t cayanne pepper). Add small amoutn of salt and pepper and taste for seasoning. Set aside.
- Heat up a large skillet and when hot cook the steaks to your desired doneness.
- Top steaks with salsa and eat!
