Chicken Cheddar Avocado Melt

- 1/3 cup of mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/8 cup of chili sauce shopping list
- 1 green onion chopped shopping list
- dash of cumin shopping list
- 1 whole chicken breast, poached, cooled and sliced shopping list
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, sliced shopping list
- 4 thick cut slices of pumpernickel bread, toasted shopping list
- 8 slices of sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- dash of paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the mayonnaise, chili sauce, cumin and onion.
- Spread on toasted pumpernickel
- Layer chicken, avocado and cheddar on the toast.
- Run under broiler until it bubbles,
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Enjoy......great with a bowl of soup to make it a dinner.
- ***You know your pantry is in trouble when the paprika starts to walk around on top of the deviled eggs. Happened to mom and me one time and we were horrified to find our spices had been buggy. Ditched them all and started over. What a mess, and we had to toss all those beautiful eggs.***
