Italian Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1pkg bonless skinless chicken ( thighs or breasts- your preference)

1pkg dry italian salad dressing mix

1/2c. italian breadcrumbs

1/2c grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Rinse chicken and pat dry

Mix dressing mix, breadcrumbs and cheese in ziplock bag

Add chicken to mixture a few pieces at a time and place on rimmed baking sheet lined with foil or baking stone.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or until juices are clear.
