A slightly chunky "nut butter" spread made with a combination of cashews, pumpkin seeds, Nutella and peanut butter. Great range of flavours and nutrients for all!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup roasted pumpkin seeds, shells on
  • ½ cup roasted, salted cashews
  • 4 tbsp neutral oil
  • ½ tbsp Nutella
  • ½ tbsp peanut butter

Directions
  1. In a food processor, grind the pumpkin seeds and cashews until powdery.
  2. Add the oil and process until clumpy, then blend in the Nutella and peanut butter until a paste forms.
  3. Store in the fridge and use within 2 weeks.

*Note: this isn't dairy free, Nutella has milk in it and I hit the wrong button! You can substitute regular hazelnut butter though!*
