How to make it

  • in a large sauce pan, saute onions in 3 T butter until soft.
  • add corn, both milks and potatoes. Simmer over medium heat about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender but not mushy.
  • add cream sauce made from 2 T butter, 2 T flour and 1 cup milk.
  • Bring just to the boiling point.
  • serve hot
