Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 T butter
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. in a large sauce pan, saute onions in 3 T butter until soft.
  2. add corn, both milks and potatoes. Simmer over medium heat about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender but not mushy.
  3. add cream sauce made from 2 T butter, 2 T flour and 1 cup milk.
  4. Bring just to the boiling point.
  5. serve hot
