Low Fat Baked Crab Rangoon

- 6 oz crab meat (I use the imitation) shopping list
- 4 oz less fat cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup light mayo shopping list
- 12 won ton wrappers shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat over to 350 degrees
- mix crab, cheese and mayo
- spray muffin cups with coking spray. Gently place 1 won ton wrappe in each cup, allowing the edges of wrappers to extend above sides.
- Fill with crabmeat mixture.
- Bake 15-18 minutes or until the won tons are golden brown and filling is hot
