How to make it

  • The frozen pack i used stated that the veggies cooked for 6 minutes in boiling water. So I’m going to guess that it’s a safe bet to cook it in the pot of salted boiling water for 6 minutes or until lightly cooked but still firm or even crispy. (personally, I prefer this salad crispy)
  • Drain and leave to cool down.
  • Once cooled to room temp you can add the olive oil, salt to taste and lemon juice
  • Mix well and add freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Leave to absorb flavors while cooking the rest of your meal. Can keep in fridge
  • Mix again before adding to the plates
