Gooey Butter Cake

This cake is very sweet and gooey. Take to a party, or holiday function, or just enjoy at home. have fun with this one swirl in some chocolate, or change the cake mix to a new flavor all together. A lil food coloring can make this very holiday festive.
Ingredients
- Bottom Batter shopping list
- 1 Box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 Stick butter shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- Top Batter shopping list
- 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 lb box powder sugar or 1/2 of a 2lb bag or 31/2 Cups shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Bottom
- Mix Bottom Batter Ingredients together.
- Spread in bottom of 9x13 ( Greased and Floured) pan (hard to spread).
- Top
- Mix top ingredients together.
- Pour on top of Bottom ingredients.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 Minutes.
- Will be light golden brown, firm but gooey.
- Enjoy
