Grams Delicious Cheesecake

My mom has been making this since I was a little kid. Likely the first cheese cake she ever made. This always cracks. We serve it with cherry pie filling.
Ingredients
- 3 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 pound butter, sweet, room temperature shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 4 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 tsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 1/2 pint heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 pint sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Mix on high speed the first 8 ingredients for 4 minutes.
- Then add heavy cream and mix 1 to 2 minutes.
- Butter a 2 pound spring pan.
- Sprinkle sides and bottom with bread crumbs (unseasoned of course!)
- Bake at 350 degrees
- for 1 hour
- Cool before removing from pan
