How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Stir together 1st 5 ingredients.
  • Separate the biscuits & press each one into a muffin-tin cup, making sure the dough reaches all the way to the top of the cup.
  • Fill each biscuit with the beef mixture & sprinkle on some more grated cheese.
  • Bake 10-12 mintues.
  • Serve immediately.

    I remember my mom making these for me! I love all kinds of little foods, finger food stuff. I probably would live on bunches of appetizers if I could afford it. These would be fun to serve when we have an all night study-cram-for-the-test and we need to eat something fast. You can't eat pizza every day, people.

    laenir you might try rolling this mixture up in a pre-made pizza crust (or a scratch one) and baking it. There are leftovers but they're super good even if warmed in the microwave!

    " It was just okay "
    laenir ate it and said...
    These were okay, but I probably would not make again. I could not find any 8 oz tubes of biscuits, so I got a 10 oz tube with 10 biscuits. My wife doesn't like onions, so I also left out that part. I guess these would be better for a party or large group, but for just two people (my wife and I), this recipe left a lot of leftovers that will end up in the trash.
