How Easy Christmas Apricot Tidbits For Cookie Tray Recipe

This is such a quick and easy recipe, but it explodes with the flavor of coconut, apricots, nuts, then rolled in powdered sugar. A must for your cookie tray!

Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 pound of ground dried apricots, (I use processor)
- Chopped nuts
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- In large bowl, mix Eagle Brand milk, coconut and ground apricots
- Form into small balls
- Roll in chopped pecans and powdered sugar
- NOTE: Can be rolled in powdered sugar only
