How Easy Christmas Apricot Tidbits For Cookie Tray

This is such a quick and easy recipe, but it explodes with the flavor of coconut, apricots, nuts, then rolled in powdered sugar. A must for your cookie tray!
Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk shopping list
- 3 cups flaked coconut shopping list
- 1 pound of ground dried apricots, (I use processor) shopping list
- Chopped nuts shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, mix Eagle Brand milk, coconut and ground apricots
- Form into small balls
- Roll in chopped pecans and powdered sugar
- NOTE: Can be rolled in powdered sugar only
