Holiday Coffee Cake

- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- ½ cup softened butter shopping list
- 4 extra-large eggs shopping list
- 4 c. flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp. baking powder shopping list
- ½ tsp. baking soda shopping list
- ½ tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 ½ cups sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 ½ tsp. rum flavoring or 2 tbsp. rum shopping list
- 1 - 1 ½ cups candied fruits shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup golden raisins shopping list
- Marble: shopping list
- 1 tbsp. butter shopping list
- ¼ Cup brown sugar shopping list
- ½ cup chopped pecans (more if desired) shopping list
How to make it
- Cream the sugar and butter. Beat eggs, add sour cream and add to sugar and butter.. Sift the dry ingredients and blend with the sour cream mixture. Add the remaining ingredients.
- Add a tablespoon of milk to mixture, if it’s too thick.
- Pour into a well greased bundt pan.
- Mix marble ingredients together and sprinkle on top of batter, use knife to marble into the batter, and bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
