Toasted, broiled , and served with Tomato soup for a great lunch pick-me upper.

Ingredients
  • 3 English Muffins
  • 1can tuna fish ( maybe 2)
  • miracle whip or mayo
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tomato
  • 6 slices cheese( or grated)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • saltine crackers and butter.

Directions
  1. Mix tuna fish with chopped cellery, onion and mayo dressing.
  2. Slice tomato.
  3. Preheat oven to broil on high.
  4. Broil muffins for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove and spread tuna mixture and add tomato slice plus cheese slice on top.
  6. Bring your MMM good tomato soup to boil (Campbells), and let simmer.
  7. broil until cheese melts, about 3 minutes or less.
  8. Serve with soup and buttered soda crackers for dipping in soup!
