English Muffin Tuna Melt Recipe

Toasted, broiled , and served with Tomato soup for a great lunch pick-me upper.

Ingredients
- 3 English Muffins
- 1can tuna fish ( maybe 2)
- miracle whip or mayo
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 shallot
- 1 tomato
- 6 slices cheese( or grated)
- 1 can tomato soup
- saltine crackers and butter.
Directions
- Mix tuna fish with chopped cellery, onion and mayo dressing.
- Slice tomato.
- Preheat oven to broil on high.
- Broil muffins for 2 minutes.
- Remove and spread tuna mixture and add tomato slice plus cheese slice on top.
- Bring your MMM good tomato soup to boil (Campbells), and let simmer.
- broil until cheese melts, about 3 minutes or less.
- Serve with soup and buttered soda crackers for dipping in soup!
