Corned Beef Hash Brittish Style Recipe

Ingredients

2 large baking potatoes-pealed and cubed

1 16ounce can of baked beans

1# corn beef-broken into pieces

1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar

Directions

preheat oven 400 degrees

place potatoes in a large pot with enough water to cover and simmer till tender,drain and mash with butter,salt,pepper and anything else that you like in mashed potatoes.

pour beans in the bottom of a 1 1/2 quart casserol dish,spread corn beef evenly over beans,season with worcestershire sauce,spread mashed potatoes over beef.

bake,uncovered,for25 minutes.the potatoes should be starting to crisp but not yet brown.top with cheese and return to oven and bake for anouther 20 minutes or untill cheese is browned

serve with a vegetable and crusty french bread
