Applesauce Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup honey

1/2 cup oil

1-1/2 cups applesauce unsweetened

2 cups whole wheat flour

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup chopped apple

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 teaspoon cloves

1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

Preheat oven 350.

In large mixing bowl beat honey and oil until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

Turn batter into large oiled loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
