Applesauce Cake

This is a very good cake. I got this from a neighbor who makes this often and serves it warm for breakfast. I like it anytime. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 cup honey shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups applesauce unsweetened shopping list
- 2 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped apple shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350.
- In large mixing bowl beat honey and oil until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Turn batter into large oiled loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
