A mouthwatering rotini salad with a tangy italian flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb rotini pasta
  • 2 medium firm tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper (color of your choice) chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup of your favorite italian salad dressing (hi cal, lo cal, homemade as long as you like it)
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots (i prefer shredded here)
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers chopped
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni chopped
  • 1/4 cup smoked ham chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced fine

Directions
  1. Prepare rotini according to directions on package, drain and let cool a bit
  2. combine rotini with remaining ingredients
  3. chill
  4. toss before serving
