Cheese Spinach Finger Food Recipe
An appetizer my aunt makes.

Ingredients
  • 1 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained as pkg directs.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1 # monterey jack cheese cut into cubes

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour into greased 7 by 11 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  4. Cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares.
  5. Serve at room temperature.
