- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- 2 cm galangal shopping list
- 5 candlenuts shopping list
- 2 tsp chilli pwd shopping list
- 1 tsp tumeric powder shopping list
- 3 tbsp dried prawns soaked in hot water for 5 mins . shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- water shopping list
- 1 cup low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- salt shopping list
- A handful laksa leaves / daun kesum shopping list
- YONG TOW FOO ing . ( fish paste stuffed into tofu and vegetables like chilli , lady's finger , brinjal , capsicum etc ) shopping list
How to make it
- Blend the 1st 6 ing into fine paste .
- Stir fry them in olive oil for 5 mins until the oil separates
- Add water and boil for 5 mins .
- Add the remaining ing and boil for 10 mins .
- Serve with rice / noodles

Oooh, haven't had this in a while - sooooo yummy but sooooooooooooooo fattening lol Yours looks really good, makes me feel like having a huge bowl of laksa, gravy and all *sigh* Thanks for sharing :)
