How to make it

  • Blend the 1st 6 ing into fine paste .
  • Stir fry them in olive oil for 5 mins until the oil separates
  • Add water and boil for 5 mins .
  • Add the remaining ing and boil for 10 mins .
  • Serve with rice / noodles

    Substitute the coconut milk for low fat evaporated milk . Dat way no need to worry abt the calories : )
