Ingredients
  • 200 g all purpose flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs (big)
  • 6 pears (4 cut in small cubes, 2 in thin slices)
  • 8 g baking powder
  • brown sugar and cinnamon

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven at 180°
  2. Wisk the eggs with the sugar for a few minutes, add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Mix them well. Should the dough be too thick, add a pair of milk tbs (with big sized eggs it should not happen). Cut 4 pears in small cubes and Add them to the dough and place the mixture in a ring mold (about 20-23 cm diameter) lined with parchment paper. Cut two pears in thin slices and place them on the top of the dough. Sprinkle the surface with cinnamon and brown sugar according to the personal own taste. Place the mold in the oven and bake for 25 min (check whether the cake is cooked by inserting the blade of a knife in it, it should come out clean, on the contrary cook for further 5 min). Unmold the cake when cold.
