Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz bag heath chips
  • 1/2 cup nuts and/or raisins (optional)

Directions
  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together
  2. In separate bowl, mix the next 5 ingredients
  3. In another bowl, mix the final 3 ingredients.
  4. Mix the first bowl with the second bowl. Then add the chips mixture.
  5. Bake garbage at 375 degrees 7-8 minutes or until done.
