Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 1 cup stock (your choise)
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tsp. good olive oil
  • 3 Tbs. raisins
  • 3 Tbs. toasted,slivered almonds
  • 1/3 bunch cilantro,chopped

Directions
  1. pour couscous in a bowl. mix stock,curry,salt,pepper,oil and raisins in a saucepan and bring to a boil; remove from heat,pour boiling liquid over couscous. seal the bowl with plastic wrap an let sit for 10 minutes. fluff couscous with a fork and top with almonds and cilantro.
