Lobster Appetizer

- 12 slices bread, crust removed, toasted shopping list
- 1 ounce butter shopping list
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked, cut into thin slices shopping list
- 1 ounce red pimentos shopping list
- 1 each anchovy, finely minced shopping list
- 1 ounce caviar shopping list
How to make it
- Butter toasted bread. Arrange the lobster meat, anchovies, and pimento strips on the toast alternating the colors to give eye appeal.
- Arrange on a serving tray with a doily underneath and sprinkle caviar over all. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
