Ingredients

1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp unsweetened powder cocoa

1/2 tbsp ground ginger

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients with a whisk until you obtain a light orange, smooth batter

Cook pancakes as you usually do.
