Melt in your mouth chocolate gravy just like momma used to make. One of my families traditions for Christmas morning.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pet milk
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 3-4 tbsp. cocoa
  • Butter (if desired)

Directions
  1. Dissolve sugar, milk, cocoa, and salt in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add cornstarch to cool water and stir.
  4. Add cornstarch mix to the boiling cocoa mixture.
  5. Heat on low until the gravy is thick.
  6. Stir often to prevent burning.
  7. Remove from heat and add to the top of homemade buttered bisquits.
