Parmesan Skillet Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

EVOO (or, 1/2 stick melted butter)

1 c parmesan cheese

1/2 package dry italian dressing mix

garlic pepper

Directions

Mix together cheese, dressing mix, and 3 or 4 shakes garlic pepper, set aside

Rub chicken breasts with EVOO (or, dip in melted butter)

Coat with cheese mixture

Brown each side in electric skillet

Cover, cook 30 minutes, or until juices run clear (med-low heat)
