How to make it

  • Mix together cheese, dressing mix, and 3 or 4 shakes garlic pepper, set aside
  • Rinse chicken and pat dry
  • Brush a thin layer of mayo on each piece of chicken
  • Coat with cheese mixture
  • Brown each side in electric skillet (or your fave pan)
  • Cover, cook 30 minutes, or until juices run clear (med-low heat)
  • This is moist, juicy chicken. You can thicken the pan juice with a cornstarch/water slurry, or leave the way they are. I left them as is here. Spoon a little juice over the chicken.
  • ** The coating will scorch quickly, start with a lower temp than you normally use to sear chicken. Turn it over 2 or three times during cooking process **
