Ingredients
  • 2-1/2 cups Fine Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Potato Starch Flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup bean flour.
  • 2 Tbsp Xanthan Gum.

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge for 1 week or the freezer for longer. Makes five cups.
