Rocky Road Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c milk

1 egg

1 c natural yogurt

50g butter,melted

2 c flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 c sugar

1/2 c small marshmallows

1/2 c roughyl chopped chocolate

1/2 c of peanuts

1/2 c jubes or any jelly type lolly

Directions

Mix milk,egg,yogurt and butter

Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined

Spoon into well greased muffin pans and bake at 180 C for 12-15 mins

HINT:

Top with icing made from 1 Tblspn each cocoa,butter and milk heated together and mixed with sufficient icing sugar to make a paste.Place marshmallows or jubes in icing before it sets.
