How to make it

  • Mix milk,egg,yogurt and butter
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined
  • Spoon into well greased muffin pans and bake at 180 C for 12-15 mins
  • HINT:
  • Top with icing made from 1 Tblspn each cocoa,butter and milk heated together and mixed with sufficient icing sugar to make a paste.Place marshmallows or jubes in icing before it sets.
  • ENJOY! :)
