The traditional pizza made into a muffin...great tasting!!

Ingredients
  • 2 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tblspn baking powder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c grated cheese
  • 1 rasher of bacon,cooked and chopped
  • 1 tomato,chopped
  • 1 egg lightly beaten

Directions
  1. Mix first 7 ingredients together
  2. Make egg up to one cup with water then mix with dry ingredients until just combined
  3. Spoon into well greased muffin pans and bake at 200 C for 20 mins
