How to make it

  • Combine the Rice Wine Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Coconut Milk, Honey, Mustard, Five Spice and Ginger in a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
  • Toss with the Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, Pineapple and Cilantro until well coated.
  • Let sit for at least 30 minutes in your fridge.
  • You can serve this as a side dish to Grilled Salmon, Mahi-Mahi, or with whatever you feel is appropriate.

    HOpe this doesn't sound like a silly question but what is Cilantro? Does it have another name I might understand?? I'm from New Zealand living in Australia and have never heard of that!

    I made this tonight as an accompaniment to Fish Tacos. (The fish was Whiting I caught fresh from the ocean yesterday evening in the Gulf of Mexico.)
