Polynesian Slaw

- 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/8 cup sesame oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup coconut milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of honey shopping list
- dash of mustard (for emulsification) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of Chinese Five spice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic (minced) shopping list
- About 2 Cups of cabbage (shredded) shopping list
- 1/4 cup of red onion (shredded) shopping list
- 1 carrot (shredded) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks. shopping list
- 1/4 cup of cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the Rice Wine Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Coconut Milk, Honey, Mustard, Five Spice and Ginger in a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
- Toss with the Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, Pineapple and Cilantro until well coated.
- Let sit for at least 30 minutes in your fridge.
- You can serve this as a side dish to Grilled Salmon, Mahi-Mahi, or with whatever you feel is appropriate.
