How to make it

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease muffins tins
  • beat sugar and margarine together in a medium mixing bowl. until lightly and fluffy.
  • add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition
  • combine flour, powder and salt in a separate bowl. add this alternately with the juice to the egg mixture. stir in cranberries.
  • spoon into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
  • bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • makes 12 muffins
