How to make it

  • make the polenta as usual with lot of parmesan cheeze when almost ready place on a cooking sheet and make as thing as possible, let it try for 10 mins
  • with a cone shape roll around to make cone
  • cut your tuna mixe fresh herb mint and fennel top
  • mixed together half the lemon juice 1/4 cup of cream cheese and the tuna
  • stuff the pizza cone and serve to guess for guarantee party winner!!!
  • enjoy and now everybody go wild and come up with spinn on this!!

    This recipe is really elegant but I dont understand the cone part. Is the cone made out of the polenta? How does the cone keeps its shape?

    This looks interesting! However, I'm not clear about the polenta. Do I let it dry (seche); fry (frire); or bake (cuire au four) on the cooking sheet???
