How to make it

  • On a large piece of plastic overlap 3 slices Prosciutto slightly making a rectangle.
  • Top with a single layer of lettuce.
  • Pipe or spread cheese on top, sprinkle with thyme.
  • Starting at the widest end roll tightly; cover and refrigerate.
  • They can be made 1 day ahead.
  • Remove plastic, cut into 1-inch slices, place upright on a platter and serve.
