Prosciutto is rolled up with lettuce, cheese and sliced for an easy appetizer.

Ingredients
  • 3 slices Prosciutto, thin
  • 4 Baby Romaine Lettuce leaves, 1/2-inch wide, ribs removed
  • 5 oz. Brie Cheese, softened, rind removed
  • Dried Thyme

Directions
  1. On a large piece of plastic overlap 3 slices Prosciutto slightly making a rectangle.
  2. Top with a single layer of lettuce.
  3. Pipe or spread cheese on top, sprinkle with thyme.
  4. Starting at the widest end roll tightly; cover and refrigerate.
  5. They can be made 1 day ahead.
  6. Remove plastic, cut into 1-inch slices, place upright on a platter and serve.
