Prosciutto Rollups

- 3 slices prosciutto, thin shopping list
- 4 Baby romaine lettuce leaves, 1/2-inch wide, ribs removed shopping list
- 5 oz. brie cheese, softened, rind removed shopping list
- Dried thyme shopping list
How to make it
- On a large piece of plastic overlap 3 slices Prosciutto slightly making a rectangle.
- Top with a single layer of lettuce.
- Pipe or spread cheese on top, sprinkle with thyme.
- Starting at the widest end roll tightly; cover and refrigerate.
- They can be made 1 day ahead.
- Remove plastic, cut into 1-inch slices, place upright on a platter and serve.
