Salmon-Asparagus Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. - olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. - garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup - onion chopped
  • 1cube - pork broth
  • 1/4 kg. - salmon fillet, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 11/2 cups - asparagus spears
  • 1 tbsp. - lemon juice
  • 1 cip - cream
  • 1/2 cup - parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 g - penne rigate, cooked
  • lemon wedges for garnish

Directions
  1. Heat olive oil and saute garlic and onion until limp.
  2. Stir in pork broth cube, flish, asparagus and lemon juice one after the other
  3. Stir in cream and parsley and season to taste
  4. Toss gently with pasta. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
