Salmon-Asparagus Pasta

- 1 tbsp. - olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp. - garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup - onion chopped shopping list
- 1cube - pork broth shopping list
- 1/4 kg. - salmon fillet, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces shopping list
- 11/2 cups - asparagus spears shopping list
- 1 tbsp. - lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cip - cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup - parsley, chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 200 g - penne rigate, cooked shopping list
- lemon wedges for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil and saute garlic and onion until limp.
- Stir in pork broth cube, flish, asparagus and lemon juice one after the other
- Stir in cream and parsley and season to taste
- Toss gently with pasta. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
