- ½ cup fine cornmeal shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 2/3 cups fresh breadcrumbs shopping list
- ½ teaspoon of coarse salt shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- ¼ cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 5 tbsp honey shopping list
- 1 lb peeled, cored and diced firm apples shopping list
- 3.5 oz diced dried figs shopping list
- 3.5 oz raisins shopping list
- grated zest of 1 lemon shopping list
- grated zest of 1 orange shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9x13” baking dish.
- Blend the cornmeal, flour, breadcrumbs, salt, eggs and oil.
- Blend in the milk and honey, stirring well.
- Add the diced apples, figs, raisins and grated peel, folding in gently.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
