  • Add soy powder; blend for 30 seconds or until thick and smooth

    Yes the flaxseed is good..I use the ground type..I also like to add yogurt, icecubes and skimmilk!! I have never tried it with sorbet..sounds very good..thanks for sharing. I love smoothies!
