Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened apple juice or apple cider
  • 1 cup raspberry or strawberry sorbet
  • 1/4 cup soy protein powder

Directions
  1. Combine berries and juice in blender container.
  2. Cover and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Add sorbet; blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Add soy powder; blend for 30 seconds or until thick and smooth

Add 1 tablespoon of flaxeed oil


Yes the flaxseed is good..I use the ground type..I also like to add yogurt, icecubes and skimmilk!! I have never tried it with sorbet..sounds very good..thanks for sharing. I love smoothies!
