Triple Berry Blaster Smoothie

- 2 cups mixed frozen berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries shopping list
- 2 cups unsweetened apple juice or apple cider shopping list
- 1 cup raspberry or strawberry sorbet shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy protein powder shopping list
How to make it
- Combine berries and juice in blender container.
- Cover and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
- Add sorbet; blend for 30 seconds.
- Add soy powder; blend for 30 seconds or until thick and smooth
