Flan De Coco Coconut Flan

- 1 cup sugar ( for caramel) shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups condensed milk shopping list
- 1.5 cups evaporated milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 9 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup fresh shredded coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. ( 175 degrees C)
- Place 1 cup of sugar into a large glass baking dish and insert in preheated oven until sugar melts , and turned until golden brown (without stirring, but shaking occasionally ... ), spread the caramel around the glass baking dish. Set aside to cool.
- Pour the condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk, eggs. sugar, and coconut into a blender, blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour into baking dish over the caramel.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes until set. Remove from oven and let cool, run a knife around the edges of the glass baking dish to separate flan from sides.
- Refrigerate over night.
