How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. ( 175 degrees C)
  • Place 1 cup of sugar into a large glass baking dish and insert in preheated oven until sugar melts , and turned until golden brown (without stirring, but shaking occasionally ... ), spread the caramel around the glass baking dish. Set aside to cool.
  • Pour the condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk, eggs. sugar, and coconut into a blender, blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  • Pour into baking dish over the caramel.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes until set. Remove from oven and let cool, run a knife around the edges of the glass baking dish to separate flan from sides.
  • Refrigerate over night.
