Microwave caramel corn Recipe

How to make it

  • combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt. bring to a boil (4-5 minutes) boil for 2 minutes
  • remove from heat, mix in soda. stir until dissolved
  • pour over popcorn in a large paper sack. shake well.
  • roll top down, put in microwave.
  • microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. remove
  • shake again
  • micorwave for another 1 1/2 minutes.
  • spread out to cool on cookie sheets.
