How to make it

  • dissolve lime jello in 2 cups hot water. add 2 cups cold water. pour into 9 x 13 pan. chill until partially set
  • dissolve lemon jellow in 1 cup hot water in top of double boiler. add marshmallows and stir to melt
  • remove from heat. add 1 cup drained pineaple juice and cream cheese
  • beat until well blended and stir in pineapple. cool slightly. forld in whipped cream and mayo. chill until thickened.
  • pour onto a layer on top of lime jello. chill until almost set
  • dissolve cherry jello in 2 cups hot water. add 2 cups cold water; chill until syrupy. Pour over pineapple layer. chill until firm.

  • to serve: cut into squares. serve with a dollop of cool whip
