Christmas Ribbon salad

- 2 (3 oz) pkg lime jello shopping list
- 5 cups hot water shopping list
- 4 cups cold water shopping list
- 1 (3oz) lemon jello shopping list
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 ( 8 oz) package cream cheese shopping list
- 1 (1 lb 4 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped shopping list
- 1 cup mayo shopping list
- 2 (3 oz) pkg cherry jello shopping list
How to make it
- dissolve lime jello in 2 cups hot water. add 2 cups cold water. pour into 9 x 13 pan. chill until partially set
- dissolve lemon jellow in 1 cup hot water in top of double boiler. add marshmallows and stir to melt
- remove from heat. add 1 cup drained pineaple juice and cream cheese
- beat until well blended and stir in pineapple. cool slightly. forld in whipped cream and mayo. chill until thickened.
- pour onto a layer on top of lime jello. chill until almost set
- dissolve cherry jello in 2 cups hot water. add 2 cups cold water; chill until syrupy. Pour over pineapple layer. chill until firm.

- to serve: cut into squares. serve with a dollop of cool whip
