This recipe is so easy it is almost embarassing to post. But loaded with taste, yes. These ae so light and fluffy and go with everything. I make them often and I never have any left over. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups baking mix
  • 12 ounce can beer
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Directions
  1. Mix baking mix and sugar together then pour in beer and mix just until blended.
  2. Pour into greased muffin tin and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
