Beer Muffins

This recipe is so easy it is almost embarassing to post. But loaded with taste, yes. These ae so light and fluffy and go with everything. I make them often and I never have any left over. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.
Ingredients
- 4 cups baking mix shopping list
- 12 ounce can beer shopping list
- 4 tablespoons sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix baking mix and sugar together then pour in beer and mix just until blended.
- Pour into greased muffin tin and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
