Scotch Finger Apple Crumble

- 4 medium size granny smith apples, peeled cored and thinly sliced shopping list
- 125g butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup brow sugar shopping list
- 1x250g scotch finger biscuits,crushed shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven to 180c
- Lightly grease an 8 cup oven proof microwave safe dish
- Evenly layer the apple in the prepared dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 mins until apples are tender
- Meanwhile cream butter and brown sugar until mixture is fluffy
- Mix in crushed biscuits and cinnamon
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the apples
- bake in oven for 30 mins or until topping is golden and apples are tender
- Serve with ice cream or cream
