How to make it

  • Pre heat oven to 180c
  • Lightly grease an 8 cup oven proof microwave safe dish
  • Evenly layer the apple in the prepared dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 mins until apples are tender
  • Meanwhile cream butter and brown sugar until mixture is fluffy
  • Mix in crushed biscuits and cinnamon
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the apples
  • bake in oven for 30 mins or until topping is golden and apples are tender
  • Serve with ice cream or cream
