Came up with this one of those times when I was in the kitchen 'concocting', as Bryan calls it! Guessipe - never measured!

Ingredients
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 c self rising flour
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c milk
  • 1 c shredded colby jack cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Grease round cake pan
  3. Pour Jiffy mix into large bowl
  4. Add about same about SR Flour (about 1 c)
  5. Sprinkle with garlic powder
  6. Add 1 egg and cheese
  7. Add milk, a little at a time, until correct consistency (just a little thicker than cornbread batter)
  8. Bake according to package directions, until golden brown
