Roast Leg of Lamb

- 1 whole boneless leg of lamb shopping list
- 1/2 cup peeled garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/2 cup ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 cup ground mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Stud the lamb with the garlic cloves by making small slits in the meat with a paring knife and inserting cloves into cuts.
- Combine ginger and mustard and rub lightly over meat.
- Put lamb in large roasting pan and roast at 300 for 30 minutes per pound.
- Baste occasionally with drippings and mustard rub.
