Korean Pork Appetizer Recipe
This is a recipe I obtained from an International Dinner party at my friend Jean’s house. This was one of the recipes a guest brought and it was a big hit.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds pork cut in 1” cubes
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons water

Directions
  1. Brown pork in salad oil.
  2. Combine sugar, soy sauce and water then pour over meat.
  3. Stir over medium heat until sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes

Sounds very easy -- I'm going to try it tonight as a main with some gyozas and spring rolls accompanying it.
