I haven't tried these but they sound interesting.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, 1 whole and 2 separated
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp.salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream shortening and sugar.
  3. Beat in 1 whole egg and 2 yolks.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Spread into a 9x13 pan.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts, chips, coconut and marshmallows.
  7. Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff.
  8. Fold in the brown sugar and spread over cake.
  9. Bake 30-40 minutes.

I have a recipe similar to this..called magic bars..these look a little different but so good. Hey you can't go wrong with chocolate, coconut and marshmallows!! Thanks..Michelle
