Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce

- 2 C. heavy cream shopping list
- 3 T. fresh grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3 T. fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped) shopping list
- 3/4 T. kosher salt shopping list
- 3/4 t. cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1 4 oz. container of gorgonzola cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Simmer the heavy cream in a sauce pan for 45 minutes ( do not let it boil) stir as needed.
- When the cream is reduced and thickened, pull from heat and add all other ingredeints.
