Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 21/2 tbls. green chiles
  • 2 lbs.ground beef
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. taco seasoning or chili powder
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 6 burger buns of your choice
  • Toppings
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • red onion
  • guacamole

Directions
  1. Mix together mayo and chiles.
  2. Cover and chill.
  3. Combine next 5 ingrdients.
  4. Shape into 6 patties.
  5. Grill over medium- high heat 6-8 minutes until beef is no longer pink.
  6. Add cheese and let melt before removing from heat.
  7. Serve on bun with mayo and your choice of toppings.
