This recipe came from an estate sale I purchased in the early 80's. I have made this on several occasions and we always enjoy it. Hope you like it as much as we do. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground round
  • 1 medium white onion chopped
  • 1 large green pepper chopped
  • 8 ounce package noodles cooked
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can black olives sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 4 ounce can pimientos chopped
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Brown meat and drain well.
  2. Add onion and pepper and sauté.
  3. Add salt, chili powder, mustard, pepper and stir.
  4. Mix corn, mushrooms, olives, tomato soup, tomato sauce and pimiento to hamburger mixture and stir well.
  5. Add noodles to mixture and stir then place in baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
